Mine's Bakery

I undertook the cafe project through my freelance company, arranging kitchen equipment layouts based on the customer's menu information. I prepared the concept design and detailed application drawings. After the design phase, I coordinated the manufacturing and installation processes on a turnkey basis with project management. All decoration and building elements were sourced from Turkey during the manufacturing and production process.
